We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated RBTs who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families through high-quality ABA therapy. Compensation $23 - $26 per hour Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and availability. Position Overview As an RBT with Autism Support Chicago, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will work directly with clients to implement behavior plans, teach meaningful skills, and support positive outcomes. We are currently hiring experienced RBTs to provide services in the following areas: Naperville Bolingbrook Romeoville Wheaton Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs. Collect accurate data during sessions. Assist clients in developing communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills. Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other members of the treatment team. Maintain professional and timely documentation. Build positive relationships with clients and families. Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required. Previous RBT experience required. Experience providing direct ABA therapy preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations. Commitment to providing compassionate and ethical ABA services.
