Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required Experience working in school or clinical settings, especially with children or adolescents Familiarity with principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Flexibility and adaptability to support students of varying ages and skill levels Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with educators and therapists Ability to consistently implement behavior intervention plans and accurately collect data

Key Responsibilities:
