Qualifications & Experience:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Experience working with early childhood populations preferred Strong skills in behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and data-driven decision-making Excellent communication abilities for collaboration with families, teachers, and support staff Familiarity with conducting evaluations and leading meetings Ability to manage caseloads effectively and efficiently

Role Responsibilities:

Perform behavioral evaluations and assessments for early childhood students Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized interventions Lead and participate in IEP and support meetings, offering expertise in applied behavior analysis Collect and analyze data; adjust behavioral strategies based on results Provide guidance, workshops, or training to staff regarding behavioral management strategies Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and district guidelines
