End Date:
June 4, 2027 Position Details 3 days onsite and 2 days remote Minimum of 3 onsite days per week Flexibility in scheduling is required for the hybrid arrangement Observations must be completed in person Rotate between classrooms on a quarterly basis Full-time position Responsibilities Provide behavioral support and coaching to PreK-K classroom teams Develop and implement effective behavior management strategies Coach teachers and staff on behavioral interventions and positive behavior supports Conduct in-person observations and provide recommendations Monitor student behavior and progress Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school personnel Rotate between assigned classrooms each quarter Provide consultation and support remotely as appropriate Maintain accurate documentation and behavioral data Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience working with PreK and kindergarten students preferred School-based behavioral experience preferred Strong knowledge of behavior management and intervention strategies Excellent communication and coaching skills Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment Flexibility to meet onsite observation and classroom-support requirements Contact Garrett Bliek 470-264-2273 Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
