Key Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Prior experience working with children in a school or clinical environment preferred Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and best practices Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow treatment plans and collect relevant data Patience, empathy, and genuine interest in supporting students with diverse needs

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide individualized behavioral support to a K-2 student in a classroom setting Implement instructional and behavior intervention plans under guidance of BCBA or supervising professional Record and report on student's progress, behavioral data, and program outcomes with accuracy Reinforce skill acquisition, social interactions, and appropriate replacement behaviors throughout the day Adapt strategies to ensure student engagement and participation during class activities Engage collaboratively with educators, support staff, and families to communicate progress and address challenges Enjoy a predictable schedule with working hours from 7:45am-2:45pm, offering balance and consistency.
