Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavioral support to K-12 students during the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing behavior intervention strategies and supporting students in a school-based setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one behavioral support to K-12 students Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans under BCBA supervision Collect and document behavioral data and student progress Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies to support skill development Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, related service providers, and families Support students with behavioral, social, emotional, and developmental needs

Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Previous experience working with children or students preferred Experience implementing ABA-based interventions preferred Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
