We are looking for a qualified and compassionate professional who is passionate about supporting children with autism and helping them develop essential behavioral, communication, and daily living skills.

Immediate Requirements:

• Must hold a valid RBT certification and all required credentials to legally perform the role.
• Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow individualized treatment and behavior plans.
• Reliable, professional, and committed to providing quality care.
• Must be available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a qualified BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and document accurate session data.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment for clients.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, families, and the clinical team.
