Kankakee Autism Care Therapy in Kankakee, IL is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our part-time after-school program, helping children thrive during one of the most impactful parts of their day. Pay:
We offer our Registered Behavior Technician a competitive wage of $18-$21 per hour , depending on experience.

SCHEDULE FOR OUR REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN
This is a part-time position, working Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 7 PM as part of our after-school program.
YOUR ROLE AS A REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN
In this role, you'll spend your afternoons providing one-on-one care to children with autism, guiding them through engaging therapeutic activities, implementing BCBA-designed treatment plans, tracking progress through precise data collection, supporting families with behavioral strategies, and collaborating with your clinical team to adjust interventions, while always maintaining professionalism, safety, and confidentiality. In order to do this, you'll need the following: Active RBT certification High school diploma or equivalent Ability to collect accurate data and maintain HIPAA-compliant records Strong communication skills Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others improve their lives through behavioral therapy Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities and knowledge of ABA principles are preferred.
