We are a welcoming and growing ABA clinic committed to helping children learn, grow, and thrive through compassionate, evidence-based care. We are currently seeking motivated, compassionate individuals to join our team as RBT - Registered Bhavior Technicians who are experience in working with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities. We provide comprehensive training and support. Duties Deliver evidence-based behavioral therapy interventions based on individualized care plans. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote independence through targeted teaching strategies. Collect and record accurate data on client progress, behaviors, and skill acquisition to inform treatment adjustments. Implement behavior management techniques to reduce challenging behaviors and reinforce positive behaviors. Maintain adherence to HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and compliance. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy. Preferred Experience Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience working with children ages 2-13, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management strategies, and data collection methods. Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs- tooth brushing, hand washing, etc.) and support patient care needs effectively. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations ensuring client confidentiality at all times. Provide clients care with patience, compassion, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Experience working within special education or behavioral health settings is preferred but not required.
