Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current BCBA certification required Previous experience working in early childhood and/or educational settings preferred Strong skills in conducting evaluations and facilitating meetings Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff, families, and support teams Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Perform behavioral and functional assessments for young students Develop and implement data-driven intervention plans tailored to individual needs Lead and participate in meetings with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families Provide guidance, coaching, and support to staff regarding behavior intervention strategies Monitor progress, update plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation Ensure compliance with education standards and regulations
