Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students as a Registered Behavior Technician. In this contract role, you'll provide critical support within a school-based environment, assisting students in reaching their learning and behavioral goals. Your expertise as an RBT will play an instrumental part in helping children develop important skills and thrive in their educational journey.
Desired Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Prior experience working with children or adolescents, especially in educational settings Strong understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles Ability to effectively implement behavior intervention plans as directed by supervising BCBA Excellent communication, observation, and documentation skills Dedicated, patient, and compassionate approach to supporting students Ability to collaborate well with teachers, school staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
Work one-on-one or in small groups with students requiring behavioral support Accurately implement individualized intervention programs under supervision Collect and record data on student progress for ongoing assessment Assist with the integration of students into classroom activities Help create a positive and inclusive environment conducive to learning Communicate regularly with supervisors and school staff regarding student development Participate in training and supervision sessions to ensure best practices This is an excellent opportunity to take your skills into a dynamic school setting where your expertise will truly make a difference.
