Duties and Responsibilities:

Build rapport and create a positive learning environment. Implement treatment plans designed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, community, and clinic settings under the supervision of a BCBA Adhere to professional and ethical conduct as outlined in the RBT Task List. Collect and document data on client progress. Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

Pay Range:

$20 - 27/ hour based on experience Paid training.

Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma required; college preferred. Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within six months of being hired. Comfortable working with and around children. Must pass a background check. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally. Compassion, empathy, and honesty are a must.
