r45886-60473 Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) School-Based Full-Time | 32.5 Hours Per Week | School District Opportunity ProCare Therapy is an education staffing agency that is currently seeking a dedicated and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a partnering school district. This position is an excellent opportunity to work within an instructional support team, helping students succeed through evidence-based behavioral interventions while coaching and training school staff. Position Details Full-time, school-based position 32.5 hours per week

Monday-Friday Hours:

Approximately 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Work as part of the district's instructional support team Competitive compensation School calendar schedule with holidays and school breaks off Key Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Observe students and classrooms to assess behavioral needs and support effective intervention implementation Monitor the integrity and fidelity of BIP implementation across educational settings Analyze behavioral data and provide recommendations to improve student outcomes Provide ongoing coaching, consultation, and training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school personnel Collaborate with administrators, special education teams, related service providers, and families Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed Support district-wide behavior initiatives and positive behavior support practices Ensure compliance with applicable special education and behavioral service requirements Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Previous experience working in school settings preferred Knowledge of special education processes, behavioral assessment, and intervention planning Strong consultation, training, and collaboration skills Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Why Join Us?
