Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Summary Join a collaborative special education program where you'll have a direct impact on student behavior, staff effectiveness, and successful implementation of individualized behavioral supports. This full-time, school-year BCBA role supports multiple programs and the Instructional Support Team, with a strong focus on Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), behavioral data, staff coaching, and consultation. You'll work closely with teachers, RBTs, behavior team members, administrators, and multidisciplinary staff throughout the school day.

Full-time, onsite | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-3:00

Pay:

$55-$65/hour, depending on experience What You'll Be Doing Support implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) across assigned programs. Conduct fidelity checks and identify gaps in BIP implementation. Review behavioral data and recommend evidence-based interventions. Train and coach school staff on behavioral strategies and interventions. Support and supervise RBTs and Behavior Team Members as needed. Consult with teachers and teams regarding student behavioral needs. Collaborate with administrators and multidisciplinary teams on behavioral supports. Provide behavioral consultation across AFL, satellite, and instructional support programs. What You'll Need Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Hands-on experience with BIPs, behavioral interventions, and behavioral data collection . Experience training, coaching, or supporting staff on behavioral strategies. School-based or special education experience preferred . Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-3:00 PM.
