9676439-60473 Job Description Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students and staff as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within a dynamic school environment. This contract role offers the chance to collaborate with a dedicated instructional support team Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (32.5 hours weekly). Your expertise will play a vital role in guiding effective behavioral interventions, ensuring students receive the highest standard of support.

Desired Experience and Skills:

Active BCBA certification required Experience working in educational or school-based settings preferred Strong knowledge of behavior intervention plans (BIP) and data collection methods Excellent communication skills for training and collaboration with multidisciplinary staff Ability to observe, assess, and provide constructive feedback on student support strategies Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities

Role Responsibilities:

Observe classroom settings to evaluate the implementation and integrity of BIPs Provide hands-on training and coaching to staff members to reinforce behavioral strategies Offer ongoing support and technical assistance to educators working with students requiring behavioral intervention Collaborate closely with the instructional support team to adapt and optimize intervention plans Maintain detailed records and documentation relating to student progress and staff training sessions Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions regarding student needs This position places you in a supportive environment where your input and clinical skill make a tangible difference daily.
