Job Description

Make an impact with students by providing dedicated support as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in an Adaptive Behavioral Learning Environment (ABLE) program. This contract opportunity is based onsite near South Holland, IL, and spans the full school year with a consistent weekly schedule of 32.5 hours. You'll work directly with students across various grade levels and collaborate with education professionals who appreciate your expertise and commitment.
Key Qualifications:
Active RBT certification and professional license required At least 2 years of experience working as an RBT in school settings Previous involvement with adaptive behavioral learning (ABLE) programs is highly preferred Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs Effective communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one and small group behavior intervention services within the ABLE program Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA and district supervision Track data and maintain detailed documentation of student progress Support students' skill development in academic, social, and behavioral domains Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to enhance your skillset Youll receive competitive weekly pay, along with access to health, dental, and vision insurance.
