Job Description
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based opportunity in South Holland, Illinois for the full school year. This position is ideal for a BCBA with previous school experience who is confident developing behavioral supports and coaching school staff.

Dates:
ASAP- End of School Year
Hours:
32.5 hours/week- Float between 2 school locations
- Work as part of the districts
Instructional Support Team Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Train and coach school staff on appropriately implementing BIPs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and other members of the instructional team
- Provide behavioral expertise and strategies to support student success across school settings
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification
- Previous school-based BCBA experience required
- Strong knowledge of BIPs and behavioral interventions
