Key Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license (state and discipline-specific requirements apply) Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred Strong foundation in writing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Capable of training staff in BIP implementation Flexible and able to float efficiently between two school sites
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide behavioral support as part of the instructional support team Develop, monitor, and revise BIPs Train instructional staff on effective BIP implementation Serve a diverse caseload across various grade levels Facilitate positive behavioral change in students
