Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • RBT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients
  • Teach clients skills in areas such as communication, socialization, and daily living
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approach
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
Experience:
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
