Job Description

Position Overview We seek a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. This is a part time position for weekdays 4PM-7:30PM and/or Saturdays 9AM -3PM. If you're looking for a career where you can make a difference, but can't commit to full time position, this is the perfect opportunity. Key Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by BCBAs to improve social, communication, and daily living skills. Provide 1-on-1 support to individuals with developmental disabilities in clinic settings. Collect and accurately document data on client progress and behavior during each session. Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust and refine interventions based on data and client needs. Support and train families or caregivers to understand and reinforce behavior techniques. Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies to encourage skill development. Maintain professional communication with BCBAs, families, and other care team members. Ensure a safe environment by implementing de-escalation techniques and crisis management strategies as needed. Qualifications and Requirements Must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. College Degree At least six months of experience working as an RBT. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients, families, and team members. Reliable transportation. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Pay:
From $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 6 - 23.5 per week
