Qualifications and Experience:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to collaborate with school staff, teachers, and families Previous experience in a school setting is a plus Reliable transportation to travel between school locations

Position Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) for students in need of behavioral support Design, implement, and monitor data-driven behavior intervention plans Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide staff training and ongoing support in accepted behavioral strategies and interventions Guide teachers and support staff in implementing positive behavioral interventions Regularly review progress and adjust interventions based on student response and data Serve as a resource for families, supporting home-to-school behavioral consistency This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with passionate educators while expanding your expertise across varied school settings.
