Job Description

Make a meaningful impact by supporting elementary students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working on-site in a vibrant school environment. This full-time contract opportunity is perfect for those passionate about creating positive behavioral change and collaborating within educational teams. Your role will involve serving elementary-aged students across multiple schools, providing expert behavioral analysis, intervention strategies, and collaborative consultation with teachers and support staff. Your dedication will foster a positive learning environment and drive success for each student.
Desired Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification State of Illinois BCBA license required PEL (Professional Educator License) or eligibility preferred Previous experience working in a school environment strongly favored Strong communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and flexibility in adapting to various school settings
Key Responsibilities:
Provide functional behavioral assessments and develop effective intervention plans Collaborate closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff Deliver training and coaching to staff on implementing behavioral supports Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress Develop and oversee individualized student behavior plans Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and contributing to student plans Consult with families and provide resources as needed
