Job Description

Step into a dynamic role supporting elementary students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a welcoming school environment near Wheeling, IL. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity empowers you to make a meaningful difference while working alongside a dedicated educational team.
Key Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification Active Illinois state licensure in behavior analysis Experience working with elementary-aged children in educational settings Knowledge of developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams Any district or state-mandated requirements (such as Illinois Professional Educator License, if applicable) Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional ethical standards
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality behavior analytic services to students across all elementary schools within the district Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional analyses Develop individualized, evidence-based behavior intervention plans and oversee implementation Train and support school staff in best practices for behavioral interventions Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adjust plans as needed Collaborate closely with families, teachers, administrators, and related service providers Participate in IEP meetings, provide recommendations, and contribute to positive school culture
