Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential. Valid Illinois BCBA license required. Familiarity with district and state requirements, including PEL or other certifications as stipulated. Previous experience in elementary school settings preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills.
Responsibilities:
Service elementary schools with behavioral supports and program development. Conduct assessments, design behavior intervention plans, and monitor progress. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams. Deliver training and guidance to school staff for positive behavioral outcomes. Keep records and ensure all compliance measures are met.
