We work with individuals with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs, including high-magnitude behaviors, giving our team members the opportunity to build meaningful clinical experience while making a real difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve. What You'll Do As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients to help them develop communication, social, daily living, and other important skills while supporting the reduction of challenging behaviors.
Primary responsibilities include:
Implement individualized behavior support and treatment plans under the direction of a supervising BCBA Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in clinic and/or home settings Build positive, meaningful relationships with clients and families Collect accurate data during sessions to monitor progress and support treatment decisions Follow clinical guidance and communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs Provide feedback regarding client progress, barriers, and areas of need Maintain a professional, compassionate, and respectful approach with clients, caregivers, and team members Follow all safety, clinical, and organizational policies and procedures What We're Looking For We are looking for individuals who are: Compassionate, energetic, and patient Interested in working with individuals with developmental and behavioral needs Comfortable working with challenging or high-magnitude behaviors Reliable and professional Able to follow clinical direction while working independently with clients Strong communicators and team players Willing to learn and grow within the field of
ABA Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field preferred Previous experience working with children, individuals with disabilities, or in human services is preferred but not required Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 90 days of employment;
  • paid training and support are provided
