We are currently hiring individuals who are already certified RBTs or have completed the 40-hour RBT training requirement (RBT Certification strongly preferred) and are ready to take the next step in their ABA career. If you have not yet completed your 40-hour training, there are many free and paid options available online. For example, Soar Autism Center offers a free ESDM-focused RBT training program that meets certification requirements, and the Autism Partnership Foundation also provides a free 40-hour training course. Please be sure the course you complete is compliant with 2026 BACB requirements. What You'll Do As an RBT at Reach High, you'll provide hands-on, clinic-based ABA therapy while making a direct impact on the lives of the children and families we serve.
You will:

Essential duties include:
Timely arrival and completion of scheduled therapy sessions, the ability to speak fluent English, and the ability to assume and maintain a variety of postures and motions (kneeling, squatting, sitting) for extended periods of time.
