RBTs currently earn an additional $1.50 per eligible direct-service hour when documentation requirements are met. Support to keep getting better. What You'll Do You'll provide one-to-one ABA services under BCBA supervision, implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, complete session documentation, communicate with families and your clinical team, and help create a safe, positive environment where clients can learn and grow. Most importantly, you'll be a consistent part of each client's care and the progress they're working toward. What We're Looking For We're looking for people with previous RBT or meaningful ABA experience who understand the fundamentals of treatment-plan implementation, data collection, documentation, professional boundaries, and working under clinical supervision. Current RBT credential preferred. Previously credentialed? We'd still like to hear from you if you're eligible to become re-certified. You must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to meet CAC's certification, training, safety, and physical requirements. Ready to Learn More?
