Job Description

Behavior Consultant (Full-Time) Life Strategies, LLC - St. Joseph County, IN Life Strategies, LLC is an established, growing behavioral health agency accredited by the Autism Commission on Quality. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Consultant to support individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism and intellectual disabilities. New Master's graduates are encouraged to apply—we provide training!
What You'll Do:
The Behavior Consultant provides services through the Indiana Medicaid Waiver Program , working directly with clients in home, community, and workplace settings. This role focuses on assessment, behavior planning, and collaboration with caregivers and support teams. Key Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and observations Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans Provide consultation and training to caregivers and staff Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Travel to client homes, day programs, and community settings
Qualifications Required:
Master's Degree in: Social Work Counseling Marriage & Family Therapy Psychology (clinical, counseling, or related field)
Special Education Additional Requirements:
