Three contract positions are available for skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) at two elementary schools and one middle school near Kansas City, KS. This is an exciting opportunity to work in educational settings, collaborating with staff and families to support students social, emotional, and behavioral growth. Candidates must hold an active RBT certification. Your expertise will be highly valued as you help shape students experiences in a school-based environment, utilizing evidence-based strategies and a compassionate approach.

What we look for:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working with school-aged children preferred Familiarity with data collection, ABA therapy, and behavior intervention plans Strong communication and teamwork skills Adaptability within fast-paced elementary and middle school settings Professional, positive, and compassionate demeanor What youll do: Deliver individualized ABA therapy to students, following established behavior intervention plans Record accurate data and monitor student progress Support teachers and special education staff in implementing behavior strategies Communicate regularly with interdisciplinary teams, including BCBA supervisors Participate in meetings, ongoing training, and collaboration as needed Help create an encouraging classroom environment where students can succeed As a contracted RBT, your hourly rate is determined by your years of RBT experience, reflecting your dedication and expertiseentry-level and seasoned professionals are welcome.
