Job Description This is a full-time opportunity for a BCBA to provide high-quality one-on-one ABA therapy. Responsibilities:
Manage, assess, design, and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based programs for our clients. Responsible for the development & maintenance of treatment plans Monitor and provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Responsible for clinical supervision, training, support, and evaluations of behavior plan Communicate with staff and parents routinely regarding schedules and client's changing needs Provide ongoing staff and parent training Work with staff to improve efficiencies, productivity and quality care
