is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! We provide individualized, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in a supportive clinic-based environment focused on helping children reach their fullest potential. About the Position The RBT will work one-on-one with clients under the supervision and clinical direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The RBT will implement individualized treatment plans, teach functional and age-appropriate skills, collect accurate treatment data, and support clients in reducing behaviors that interfere with learning and daily functioning. We are looking for someone who is patient, energetic, dependable, professional, and passionate about working with children and families . Responsibilities Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in a clinic setting. Implement individualized skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs developed by the BCBA. Utilize evidence-based ABA teaching strategies, including Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), prompting, reinforcement, and error correction. Collect accurate and timely data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs. Implement behavior intervention plans consistently and according to BCBA direction. Support clients in developing communication, social, play, adaptive, emotional regulation, and independence skills. Assist clients with transitions, routines, and participation in both preferred and non-preferred activities. Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and positive therapeutic environment. Communicate professionally with the BCBA and treatment team regarding client progress and concerns. Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development. Maintain client confidentiality and comply with all applicable ethical, clinical, and organizational requirements. Establish positive rapport with clients while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries. Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with children, individuals with autism, or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Previous ABA experience preferred but not required for candidates who demonstrate strong potential and willingness to learn. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work consistently scheduled hours. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback from the BCBA and treatment team. Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with clients, caregivers, coworkers, and supervisors. Must successfully complete required background checks and employment screening. Pay:

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
