Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding opportunity to provide transformative teletherapy and behavioral support services for students throughout the 2026-2027 academic year. With a contract spanning August 2026 to May 2027, you'll work 32.5 hours per week, supervising a team of three Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across the district. This position is perfect for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking the flexibility of teletherapy coupled with meaningful school-based impact. Your expertise will guide the management, implementation, and supervision of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and you'll play an essential role in supporting teachers and staff as they help students succeed. Collaborate virtually with educators and allied professionals to help shape positive learning environments.
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required Prior experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations strongly preferred Previous supervisory experience, ideally overseeing RBTs Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and comfortable providing remote services Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
