Morning shift or afternoon shift (approx. 15-20 hrs/week) Monday-Friday availability required Position Overview Behavior Impact Solutions is hiring a part‑time RLT/RBT to support a student at Carencro Heights Elementary. Final shift assignment (morning or afternoon) will be based on school needs and candidate availability. The technician will provide behavioral and independence‑building support in the school setting, working collaboratively with teachers and implementing ABA programming designed by the supervising BCBA. Responsibilities Implement ABA strategies and behavior‑support plans Support student during transitions, specials, recess, and lunch Collect behavior and skill‑acquisition data Follow school expectations and safety procedures Communicate professionally with teachers and SPED staff Maintain confidentiality (FERPA/HIPAA) Preferred Experience School‑based ABA experience Strong behavior‑support skills Ability to follow structured routines and fade prompts appropriately Requirements Active RLT or RBT (or ability to obtain RLT quickly) Reliable transportation to Carencro Monday-Friday availability Professional communication skills Compensation & Benefits $17-22/hr, based on credential + school experience Mileage reimbursement Drive time compensation Ongoing BCBA supervision Growth opportunities within the practice To Apply Submit your resume, RLT/RBT credential (if applicable), and a brief summary of school experience.
