Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting highly preferred Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to design, implement, and monitor effective behavior support plans
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative behavioral support for a caseload of 30 students Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized behavioral interventions Collect data, monitor progress, and adjust strategies to enhance student outcomes Train and support school staff on behavior management techniques and best practices
