Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Pediatric Therapy

Lagniappe Pediatrics Rehab & Therapy is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to bring creativity, compassion, and clinical expertise to our pediatric clients. We believe therapy should be family-friendly, flexible, and FUN — while staying evidence-based and ethical. What you'll do: Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (BIP & goals). Oversee and support a team of RBTs & technicians. Collaborate with families to make therapy practical and meaningful at home and school. Collect and analyze data to track progress and celebrate wins big & small. Provide supervision that helps future BCBAs grow. We're a great fit if you: Hold a current BCBA certification and Louisiana LBA license (or eligibility to obtain).
