Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a difference in the lives of students while working as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through a teletherapy model for the 2026-2027 academic year. This fulfilling contract opportunity spans from August 2026 to May 2027, offering a consistent weekly schedule of 32.5 hours. You'll bring expertise and innovative solutions to a vibrant educational environment, supporting students and staff from the convenience of your teletherapy setup.
Qualifications & Experience:
Current BCBA certification required Previous experience in educational or school settings preferred Skilled with teletherapy platforms and comfortable delivering services virtually Adept at developing and overseeing Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) is a plus Strong organizational and communication abilities Commitment to collaborative problem-solving and best practices
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of three RBTs across the district, ensuring high-quality support and adherence to therapy guidelines Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement therapy goals tailored to student needs Lead and participate in IEP, behavior planning, and progress meetings as required Develop, review, and adjust BIPs for individual students to drive meaningful progress Provide ongoing support and guidance to educators on best practices and behavioral strategies Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
