Key Qualifications:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or significant ABA/Behavior Technician background Experience working with students with developmental disabilities (DD), preferably in a school setting Strong communication, patience, and observational skills Ability to work effectively one-on-one and as part of a collaborative team Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to school protocols

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide individualized behavioral and academic support to a student on a 1:1 basis Implement strategies and plans developed by educators and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)/Behavior Specialists Collect and document data on student progress and behavior throughout the day Foster a safe, productive, and inclusive classroom environment Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families Support general classroom operations as needed This full-time, onsite contract assignment offers a consistent weekly schedule of 35-37.5 hours, extending through the end of the 2026-2027 school year. You'll play an essential role in helping a student succeed academically and socially while honing your behavior intervention skills.
