Start an enriching contract position as a Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician, where youll make a real impact in the lives of elementary students. Youll work across various school sites, providing essential support to students in inclusion settings, particularly those with emotional impairments and/or autism who may present challenging behaviors. Duties span 1:1, small group, and classroom support, helping students thrive both academically and socially.

Background in behavior support or training Experience supporting students with autism or emotional/behavioral needs School-based experience is essential Paraprofessionals require a High School Diploma; RBTs must have active licensure Safety care training required; RBT training preferred CORI and fingerprint clearance needed Comfortable working onsite
