In this role, you will work closely with individuals with Autism, providing support and implementing ABA therapy techniques to enhance their quality of life. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess a strong understanding of client care and special education principles. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a licensed professional. Provide direct support to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community environments. Collect and document data on client progress, behaviors, and responses to interventions. Assist in conducting patient assessments to identify needs and develop appropriate strategies. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care. Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication and documentation processes. Engage clients in therapeutic activities that promote skill development and social interaction. Qualifications Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in patient care settings is preferred. Background in behavioral therapy or special education is highly desirable. Familiarity with data collection methods and patient assessment techniques. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Knowledge of ABA Applied behavior analysis or DTT Discrete Trial Instruction helpful Patience, empathy, and a commitment to promoting positive behavioral outcomes for clients are essential traits for success in this role.
