You will collaborate with school staff and families to deliver crucial behavioral consulting and evaluation services, helping students reach their full potential.

Key Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Active Massachusetts licensure Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred Strong background in conducting behavioral assessments and functional analysis Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide consultative and evaluative services for diagnostic purposes within a school-based setting Conduct in-depth behavioral assessments, including functional assessments, and deliver behavior analytic interpretations Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and support effective intervention plans Monitor student progress and adapt plans as needed to ensure measurable improvement Offer training and guidance to school staff regarding the implementation of positive behavior supports Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all assessments, findings, and progress reports
