At Kindle Behavior Consultants , we're looking for enthusiastic and caring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in learning and growing through play, routines, and connection.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Behavior Technician, you'll work directly with children to help them build communication, social, and daily living skills—often through games, play-based learning, and personalized support. You'll follow a plan created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), track progress, and bring your creativity to every session. Why This Job is

We're Looking For Someone Who:
Enjoys being active and playful with kids Is dependable, organized, and a great communicator Can follow directions and stay calm under pressure Is open to learning and eager to grow Has experience with children (experience with children or adults with autism is preferred but not required)
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years or older Reliable transportation Ability to pass background checks
