Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop data-informed intervention plans Provide direct and consultative BCBA services to students Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to address behavioral and learning goals Provide support and training to paraprofessionals and educators working with students Maintain detailed, professional documentation and progress tracking for each student Adjust interventions based on student response and team input
