Job Description

Passionate about making a difference in the lives of students through behavior analysis? Two full-time contract opportunities are open for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support learners in an educational setting near Cambridge, MA. These positions start ASAP and continue through June, offering the chance to create meaningful change and provide expertise to schools in need of your specialized skills.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Active Massachusetts BCBA license required. Demonstrated knowledge in the development, implementation, and monitoring of behavior intervention plans. Experience working in school settings with preschool through high school students preferred. Strong team collaboration and communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student needs. Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavioral interventions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, school administrators, educators, and families to ensure progress toward individualized goals. Provide ongoing staff training and coaching in Applied Behavior Analysis principles. Maintain accurate data collection and documentation in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines. Adapt support strategies across assigned schools and various student age groups, as needed.
