Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary-aged students with emotional impairments and autism in an engaging school environment near Cambridge, MA. Multiple positions are available to work onsite, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through June 17, 2027. Choose between full time (31 hours/week) and part time (19 hours/week) schedules, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm (includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch). Open to both Paraprofessionals and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), these roles focus on providing behavioral support to students in a variety of settings, including 1:1, small group, and classroom environments. What were seeking:

High school diploma or equivalent (required for paraprofessional applicants) Active RBT licensure for RBT candidates School-based experience supporting students with behavioral or emotional needs Behavioral support or training experience (Safety care training required; RBT training a plus) Experience supporting students with autism and/or emotional impairments Ability to successfully pass CORI and fingerprint background checks Experience working in inclusion settings preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Key responsibilities: Provide behavior support for students in both inclusion and specialized settings Deliver 1:1, small group, and classroom-based interventions Collaborate with educational staff to implement individualized behavioral strategies Maintain clear records and share observations with relevant team members Foster a positive environment that encourages student growth and participation Be an integral part of a school community that values dedication and expertise.
