This position focuses on providing vital behavioral support services to K-5 students throughout the academic year.

Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one and group behavioral interventions under supervision, following individualized plans Collect and document data on student progress and behavioral outcomes Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to foster a positive learning environment Implement strategies to promote skill development, independence, and social interaction Maintain professionalism and ethical standards according to RBT guidelines

Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

Preferred:

Licensure through DESE Previous experience working with elementary students highly valued Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Availability to work 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during the school year

Details:
