We are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team! About the
Role:
As a Behavior Technician , you will play a vital role in our therapy team, providing one-on-one support to individuals with autism and related disorders in their natural environments.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Implementing and maintaining individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collecting and recording data on behavior and progress towards goals Assisting individuals with daily living skills, social skills, and other adaptive behaviors Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless integration of therapy services Maintaining accurate, detailed records and reports
Responsibilities:
Provide ABA-based therapy services in a variety of settings, including in-home and community-based environments Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, families, and colleagues Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure best practices and continuous learning Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities while maintaining a flexible and organized approach
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field or certification in ABA preferred Minimum of 0 years of experience in the field of ABA; experience working with individuals with autism or related disorders a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills
