The position includes options for part-time or full-time workloads, flexible scheduling, and a great team of RBTs to work with. We have a great team! The role requires a thorough understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and the ability to document patient care according to HIPAA guidelines. If you are passionate about helping individuals with behavioral challenges, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity. The caseload is 3 patients for an average of 10 hours per week, all on weekday afternoons and evenings.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Conduct standardized assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment strategies.
  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient care and progress according to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure a seamless transition from therapy to home life.
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices in behavioral health.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new treatment strategies.
Experience:
  • A master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • A BCBA certification.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism.
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral therapy techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Proficiency in medical documentation and HIPAA guidelines.
