The position includes options for part-time or full-time workloads, flexible scheduling, and a great team of RBTs to work with. We have a great team! The role requires a thorough understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and the ability to document patient care according to HIPAA guidelines. The caseload is 3 patients for an average of 10 hours per week, all on weekday afternoons and evenings.

• Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Conduct standardized assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment strategies.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care and progress according to HIPAA guidelines.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure a seamless transition from therapy to home life.
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in behavioral health.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new treatment strategies.

Experience:

• A master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• A BCBA certification.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and caregivers.
• Proficiency in medical documentation and HIPAA guidelines.
