Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Conduct standardized assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment strategies.
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care and progress according to HIPAA guidelines.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure a seamless transition from therapy to home life.
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices in behavioral health.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new treatment strategies.
Experience:
- A master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- A BCBA certification.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral therapy techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and caregivers.
- Proficiency in medical documentation and HIPAA guidelines.
