Center-Based Afterschool Social Skills Program We are seeking a compassionate and experienced BCBA to lead our afterschool social skills groups. This is a hands-on role for a BCBA who enjoys working directly with children and helping them build meaningful social, communication, and behavioral skills in a supportive group setting! Responsibilities Directly lead and facilitate afterschool social skills groups. Develop and implement engaging, evidence-based social skills activities tailored to learners' individual needs. Teach skills including communication, conversations, perspective-taking, emotional regulation, problem-solving, flexibility, cooperation, and peer interactions. Provide direct support and behavioral intervention as needed during group activities. Observe participants, collect relevant data, and monitor progress toward individualized goals. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other members of the clinical team. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable ethical and professional standards. Create a positive, inclusive, and fun environment where children can have fun while learning social skills with peers! Qualifications Current BCBA certification and applicable state licensure/authorization required. Experience working with children and adolescents. Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based approaches to social skills instruction. Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Comfortable providing direct, hands-on clinical work within a group setting alongside other BCBAs. Passion for helping children develop confidence, independence, and meaningful peer relationships.
