Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a role where your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) can make a lasting impact on students' lives. This contract opportunity near Fitchburg, MA involves essential behavioral support services within an educational environment. Your skills will help guide students and support school teams throughout both the current and next school year (CSY/NSY). In this position, you will collaborate closely with educators and families, driving positive change through developing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans. Your professional insight will be key in fostering a safe, inclusive, and success-focused atmosphere for students.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Current, active BCBA certification Previous experience supporting students in educational settings Demonstrated skill in Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with students, staff, and families Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and school needs Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform interventions Develop and oversee the implementation of individualized BIPs Consult with staff and caregivers to support fidelity of interventions Collect progress data, evaluate outcomes, and adjust plans as needed Train educators and paraeducators on behavioral strategies and best practices Maintain clear records and adhere to all compliance requirements This contract position offers variety, professional fulfillment, and the chance to make a substantial difference in school communities.
