We are a small, home/center-based ABA company currently searching for a highly motivated individual to add to our growing team. Part-time positions are currently available with the possibility of becoming full-time as caseloads grow. This position consists of low caseloads and high support/supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with technicians and clients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Conduct assessments to create individualized treatment plans, behavior intervention plans and instructional programming. Deliver effective supervision and training to RBT/BT. Provide parent and caregiver training to address progress and encourage the carry over of skills. Strong communication skills required to proactively collaborate with RBT's/BTs, families and other providers (speech therapists, occupational therapists, teachers/IEP meetings etc). Communication and collaboration with families for any scheduling changes to ensure full approval hours are being used. Collaboration with Clinical Director on additional training, treatment plans, behavior interventions etc as needed. Additional duties and responsibilities as delegated. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing effective behavioral therapy services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis will help improve the lives of your clients by developing individualized treatment plans and implementing evidence-based interventions. Your dedication to patient care, strong assessment skills, and ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams will contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Pay:
$60.00 - $75.00 per hour
